Today, the foundation hosted a heartwarming event at Queen Esther’s Apartments in Baltimore, where 50 individuals received turkeys, generously donated by Costco, to ensure they could celebrate the holiday with a traditional meal.
In addition to the turkey giveaway, Mezah Foundation partnered with local barbers to offer free haircuts to 40 community members. This thoughtful gesture not only provided a sense of dignity and self-confidence but also helped families save on essential grooming expenses during the holiday season.
“This event is about more than just turkeys and haircuts,” said a representative from Mezah Foundation. “It’s about spreading hope, gratitude, and togetherness in our community. We are immensely grateful to Costco for their generous donation and to the local barbers who donated their time and skills to make this day special.”
